Smart Status FAQs
The easiest way is to just call us at 866-217-9900 and ask to speak to your Account Manager. You can also go directly to https://orders.advtis.com/login/, and then an additional verification step with the Account Manager.
You will have access to all the patient orders that you have submitted to Advanced Tissue and the status of that order.
Once you submit an order through Smart Status, the order will begin going through Advanced Tissue’s internal processing, however, it may take up to 4 hours to see updated status results within the system. If there is any concern with the order submission, please give us a call at 866-217-9900, and we would be happy to answer your question.
Yes, once an order is processed and shipped a tracking number will be listed within the status where you can track it with just a click. We ship orders via FedEx.
Yes, it is as simple as the physician logging in and the click of the box on the patient orders.
